Aloha & thank you so much for your interest in my work. Here you will find a little information about me, my career & education, my specialty in bridal hair (any type of special hair styling), & the products that I use. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

Life outside of the salon for me  these days consists of chasing after my young daughter, running during sunrise, and reading as many books as possible. I’m addicted to duolingo and there is no way I will ever have enough plants. I’m not really one for small talk so sitting in my chair usually means we talk about everything under the sun and try to solve the world’s problems. I’m also a hugger, hope you don’t mind a hug!

As of February 2025 I have been in the beauty industry for 17 1/2 years. I refined my skills through two separate apprentice programs and attended many classes including Paul Mitchell, Aveda, Heather Chapman, VoMor, Toni & Guy, Vidal Sassoon, Farouk, Wella, and Sebastian. 

Throughout my career I have considered styling to be my specialty because it has always been my favorite part of being a stylist.  As a child I was forever experimenting with updos on my own hair. One of my first classes in cosmetology school was styling, I could not believe that I got to sculpt hair in class all day! 

For a few years I traveled all over the island for on location bridal work and it was incredible, my schedule just looks different these days. I am currently booking all your styling needs in my North Kihei salon.
