Hi! I’m Catalina Drouillard a co-owner and stylist at Three Sixteen Hair Haven. Eighteen years in the beauty industry have helped me discover my favorite parts of this field. I’m passionate about helping my guests feel confident, magical, and authentically themselves through color, cutting, and styling. In my color services I love utilizing lived-in and grey blending techniques. Layered cuts, razor cuts, textured styles, bobs, and all types of fringes & face framing are among my favorites shapes to create. Over the years I’ve styled hair for hundreds of weddings, photoshoots, and events. My styling mixes ethereal and rock n’ roll vibes. My signature looks include the mermaid braid and super textured half-up, half-down styles. My goal is always to make you feel your best while having a bit of fun and getting in some relaxation in the process. When I’m in the salon but not behind the chair you’ll find me working on spreadsheets and all things business or taking care of all of the salon’s plant babies. Outside of work I’m hanging with my husband and our quickly growing child or trying to enjoy one of my many hobbies. If I’m not outside running I’m singing along to my favorite music, reading too many books, journaling, or trying to cook everything from scratch.

Derek Drouillard is a co-owner and stylist at Three Sixteen Hair Haven. Don’t let his lack of hair deceive you, he reserves all his styling talents for his guests. His main focus behind the chair is precision haircuts and beautiful hair color. Whether you’re looking for a traditional or unconventional style, he’s up for anything. He is passionate about delivering a service experience that is relaxing, rejuvenating and up-lifting. When Derek isn’t behind the chair he enjoys being a father and husband. At home he enjoys making art, reading and watching scary movies with his family. But when nature calls, you’ll find him out exploring Maui’s forests and rivers. He loves the feeling of being tiny next to a huge tree. Late nights are spent in the cyber world of video games. Some of his favorites are Resident evil, Fallout, Phasmophobia, Elden ring, and Ghost of Tsushima. (There seems to be a theme but I can’t quite put my finger on it.)
