Guests who arrive more than 15 minutes late may forfeit some or all of their scheduled services and may be required to reschedule for a later date. 

Guests who are unable to make their appointments are asked to call or text at least 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule, not doing so will result in a cancellation fee equalling 50% of services booked. 

*No Show appointments will incur a fee equal to 100% of services booked.

Guests will not be rebooked until fees have been paid.
